3WW: "Anarchy, Anarchy, Anarchy Now!"

It was March 6th, 1979, in Chicago, Illinois as civilians flooded the streets with shouts of "Anarchy, anarchy, anarchy now!" Protesting their percieved belief in a hudge government consipiricy to raise their taxes and decrease their paychecks. They apprehended that trouble was coming, but weren't going to give up.
"No more taxes! We need pay!" They yelled.
They raised their posters, and held their heads up high, as they marched for justice.
As they moved further ahead, the noticed the occasional policeman, maybe two. As they kept progessing, with their voices rasing louder and louder by the second, the came across more cops;wearing helmets, bullet-proof vests, and a shield in their hands, seated on their horses.
One of the cops raised his bullhorn, and spoke into it: "Break up, and vacate the area immediatly. You have thirty seconds until we will have to personally remove or arrest you, for an unlawful protest."
And this is how the on commotion on the South side came to an end. The people couldn't afford to be arrested and pay their bails, nor could afford to rot in jail and leave their families behind. So one by one, they began to move out the area, each of them complaining of how unfair this was, but how they would not surrender yet
